Students are introduced to gratitude as a positive emotional response that enhances happiness and strengthens social connections. Through age-appropriate definitions, video content, and interactive storytelling, they explore what gratitude means, how it feels, and how it influences relationships. A key activity, “Gratitude Bingo,” encourages students to share personal experiences of gratitude and reflect on its role in fostering kindness and well-being. Time Required: 35-40 minutes.
