This module introduces students to the concept of mindfulness and its benefits. By exploring mindfulness as an expression of self-awareness, students will learn how being present in the moment can improve emotional regulation, mental clarity, and overall well-being. Students will engage in creative activities, such as drawing and reflection, to deepen their understanding of mindfulness and its impact on their emotions and health. This module promotes collaboration and self-reflection, helping students become more aware of their thoughts, feelings, and surroundings. Time Required: 30-35 minutes.
