This module explores the connection between emotions and cognitive processes, focusing on how feelings shape perception, attention, memory, judgment, and decision-making. Students examine real-life scenarios to reflect on how emotions affect their thoughts and behaviors. Role-playing exercises will allow them to step into different perspectives, enhancing their understanding of emotional influence and empathy. By engaging in these reflective and experiential activities, students develop greater emotional awareness and critical thinking skills. This hands-on approach helps them navigate emotional experiences more mindfully, fostering both personal growth and stronger interpersonal relationships. Time Required: 55-60 minutes.
